Here are the general policies for Villa Nimertis.
Since these may vary depending on room type, please also check the room description.

08:00 - 12:00 hours
You can request additional billing information / services / etc, through the application form. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Wi-Fi is available in the entire villa and is free of charge.
- The accommodation does not include meals.
- Private parking is for free within the accommodation area.
- Individually controlled A/C and heating is not charged.
DEPOSIT - PAYMENT
During communication with our Villa, you will be asked for a deposit of 25% of the total amount which will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable, so that your booking is valid.
All reservations are on "hold" until we receive your deposit for this booking.
NO reservation is considered "confirmed" unless we have received a deposit or full payment of the booking.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
You will be asked to pay the remaining amount of the booking (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival at the Villa.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Accepted credit cards are:
Visa, Euro / Mastercard
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION REQUEST / NO SHOW
Cancellation - No Show
- If canceled up to 21 days before arrival, you will be charged 25% of the entire stay.
- If canceled or modified later than that or if you don’t show up, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
OTHER CHARGES / TAXES
Prices include taxes, there are no other charges.
